The scientific team of Archaeological Expedition LLP employs a team of experienced archaeologists under the leadership of Umarkhojiyev Arman, a well-known popularizer of science, author of documentaries, methods and scientific articles. In 2022, for his contribution to the study and popularization of historical and cultural heritage, Arman was awarded the state award - the Order of Shapagat.

Archaeological Expedition LLP has author's methods in terms of conducting desk and field archaeological work, which can significantly increase the completeness and objectivity of research, modernize and unify many scientific research processes. The work is carried out on the basis of system management of archaeological projects. The scientific activity of the company is supervised by the state regional centers for the protection and use of historical and cultural heritage sites. According to the results of the most significant scientific achievements, scientific articles are published in specialized publications.

The scientific director of the company in the period 2012-2022 was Professor of Archaeology, Doctor of Historical Sciences Viktor Zaybert, the author of the discovery of the famous "Botai culture". Currently, the scientific director of the company is Valeriy Loman, an internationally recognized specialist in the field of ancient pottery technology.
